Find Your Integrity — Earth

I like to use the element “earth” to represent the process of finding your integrity. Integrity is all about being one, whole, un-divided person, living according to your highest truth. It means standing solidly in yourself, and that takes courage. My process involves locating areas in your life that are out of alignment and guiding you to create change in accordance with the truth of that situation.

It’s not always an easy process. I’ve been through it myself, and can say that it’s shaken me to my core. But each time I embark on this path, I come out a stronger version of myself in a way that I’d previous never thought possible. And it’s not just an inner transformation. I’ve watched my whole life turn upside and re-arrange itself in the most amazing way, and I’m here to share the magic of this process with you.

Coaching through this lens is very simple. It doesn’t rely on any spiritual concepts. In fact, it’s very ordinary. The only thing you need understand is that healing is about authenticity. If you’re willing to embrace that as a rule of your life, you’ll end up living the life you’ve always dreamed of.
